Ever Clean Strength Litter Unscented It Works

Quality litter, I was looking for a quality cat litter because we are now in a small apartment. I want our home to not smell of "la toilette du chat". Not all that happy with what our local big box store carries, I looked to amazon.com. This one looked worth trying, and I am very impressed. It clumps extremely well, and if kitty's box is scooped daily without fail, there is no odor in our home. Yay! Good product.
Works good, tracks around the house, This cat liter works great, clumps up well, holds the stink well, but it sticks to the bottom of my cats feet bad. Every time I pick him up this stuff is stuck to the bottom of his feet, now there is cat litter spread around the house.

Not the worst tracking I have seen, but it will probably prevent me from buying it again as I dont like finding cat litter on my couch and bed, I am sure the cat dislikes it even more.
Just the litter I was looking for, This litter is just great! It clumps really well, and covers the smell perfectly. The urine of our male cat was unbearable before we used this litter, but bow you can't smell anything. It's my favorite litter so far.
Converted, Don't get a new litter box, get new litter!

I had a friend coming into town and was going to get a new litter box to try to mask the smell of my cat's litter. I couldn't really find one that fit my tastes so I decided to try to get new litter instead.

I've used all of the normal brands you'd find at a big name store. Tide, fresh step, you name it I've tried it. The problem with these litters is that they clump so poorly that when you go to scoop, you end up breaking the ball of urine and you are stuck with obnoxious fumes from the litter box. The other problem is that they rely on weird odors to try to mask their poorly designed litter, so you are either smelling kitty's urine or strong odor.

Ever Clean is amazing. I got the odorless kind, and wasn't sure what to expect. Not only is this completely odorless, but it clumps so very very well.
do not order from amazon!, They sent me an open box, which then spilled all over the ups box that was also damaged! the ups guy managed to dump the litter all over my apartment building, and I had to spend hours cleaning.
Not Odorless Dustball, I read the reviews....really???? The "unscented" litter is not unscented. Frankly, I don't need my cat's butt to smell like a flower, which is why I buy unscented litter. Also, stand a few feet back when you pour it in the pan - the huge dust cloud could choke you. Never again will I buy this litter.
Best odor control on the market, no cheap perfume smell, We switched to Everclean after using the clumping version of Feline Pine, which was HORRIBLE at odor control. We had tried every "natural" litter on the shelf before trying Everclean, even the "World's Best" brand. They all had a funny smell, and none of them could cover up poo smell. We have our kitten on a grain-free diet, so her odor is not even that bad. Unless the litters had that gross perfume smell, the poo odor was terrible-- and even the perfume is just layered on top of it, not really eliminating it.

Then we tried Everclean. Our kitten loves it and there is absolutely NO odor at all! Not only does the litter itself have no smell, but anytime she uses it there's no trace of it in the air. Even when she goes #2, which was our main concern, there is no odor at all. The litter clumps really well, too. It was a bit on the expensive side, but is WELL worth it considering our house will no longer smell like cat poo.
Best in the box, Well worth the price . We have been using this litter for years. With three cats, there is rarely a hint of there presence...
It Works, Details: No. of Cats: 3 | Age: 2yrs | Hair: Long and short | Sex: Female, spayed | Food of Choice: Blue Buffalo, Indoor formula

Our cat boxes are in our office (in our home) and we don't want our house to stink so we have tried all types of clumping litter. Seriously...twenty minutes after doing a full litter change, the boxes would stink again with any other litter. We decided we'd buy Ever Clean ONCE and if it didn't work, well...we'd try something else, as usual.

We threw away the two old litter boxes, along with the other litter, and replaced it with one large litter box filled with Ever Clean, Unscented litter and...I'm writing this review from my office! It doesn't stink anymore, yay!! The Ever Clean, Unscented litter truly works. There is NO SMELL, it's completely neutral and I'm amazed every time I scoop the box. Some reviews say it tracks easily and litter is everywhere but I've noticed that with every brand so it doesn't bother me. Some reviews note the price difference and they're right, it's more expensive but I contend that it's actually the same price in the long run because a box of litter lasts longer (sometimes you have to spend money to save money, you know).

Additional Notes:
-We chose unscented litter because we suspected that one of our furry friends was allergic to the scented litters we were using. She's doing just fine now, no more allergy symptoms!
-I listed the type of food they eat because I believe that their food determines a) how often they go and b) how bad it smells when they go.
Best. Litter. Ever., Tidy Cats wasn't doing it anymore with the addition of the second cat. I couldn't smell a thing from the litter box. I'm not a scoop every day person. I scoop when I smell the box, which was usually about 2 or 3 days before. With this stuff, well. I'm almost embarrassed to say how long I went without scooping. I don't have a scoop schedule, so... when I started smelling it 10 or 14 days later I just went ahead and replaced all the litter. So I'm not saying you should forget to scoop for two weeks like I did, but if you go by the "when I can smell it" system, you might need to come up with a schedule!
I haven't had an issue with tracking, but I have a litter box with a little staircase in it to catch litter. The stuff clumps really really hard.

Arm Hammer Multi Cat Strength Clumping The best litter ever!

    too expensive,
Beats the stink!, Having cats for most of my life (as in I remember litter that didn't clump being the only option that and actually letting your cat go where ever the cat went when you "gasp" let it outside) I am familiar with the woe of the litter box. However for something that literally gets defecated on and thrown out, litter is pretty pricey. Yet no one wants their house to have that "crazy cat lady" odor. I only have one cat but in my single days I had a LOT more (working at a vet will do that for you) and what type of litter to use, what was safest for your cat, what covered the smell, etc. has been an ongoing conundrum.
Also lugging the containers home is just such a pain. Unless you want to buy it once a week you have to carry at least 20 pounds from the car to the house.
The best litter ever!, How can you beat a litter that keeps smelling better as you scoop?! I have no issues cleaning my litter box anymore because there is no smell and as you scoop it smells more and more like clean baking soda. Plus it clumps extremely well and quickly.

I will never buy another brand of litter again, and I've had cats my entire life so I've tried quite a few.
Product is great but new packaging by A&H is not, This cat litter is the best I have found. I am a foreign service officer and use to purchase it while at my previous post. I had extra boxes shipped to my next post and while that shipment arrived (6 months till I got settle at the next post) I purchased more cat litter for my cats.

Now that I have settled at my new post and can look at the previous boxes and the new, I noticed two differences: 1) The new packaging no longer places the litter in a plastic bag inside the litter box; and 2) the box top now has a handle. While the handle may make it easier to transport the box, not having a plastic bag holding the litter inside the box lets the litter spill out from the seams very easily.

I love the product, but I will no longer purchase it while in this packaging because all five boxes I have purchased to arrive at my new post have arrived with the litter spilling out of the seams, making a mess of the mailroom as well as losing some of the product. To clarify, this has nothing to do with the packaging Amazon does, it is from the manufacturer.

Scoop Away Unscented Clumping Litter Why we like Scoop Away Free

Sickened my cat. Terrible product!, About a week after purchasing Scoop Away's "fragrance free" variety, my cats were losing their fur, having terrible diarrhea, and losing weight. After several unsuccessful visits to the vet, it dawned on me that it might be the litter: that they were overgrooming to get the 'itchy' litter dust off their fur, thus getting it into their digestive systems and getting sick. I decided to try switching to another brand and my cats fully recovered. There should be more information about the health problems associated with this litter - I feel like a terrible owner for exposing my cats to this brand. I will NEVER purchase Scoop Away again.
Not "unscented" or "free of perfume", This litter has a very perfumey odor. If you are looking for unscented litter, don't get this.
Why we like Scoop Away Free, We've been using Scoop Away unscented litter for several years. We love it and the cats like it too! The box is easy to clean -- we just do a little "treasure hunt" for their pee and poo balls with a metal scooper. And Scoop Away's unscented litter is so much less annoying than the nasty scented stuff.

Another benefit of using this type of litter is that we use far less than we used to. We scoop the box daily, and the pee and poo balls stay intact and are easy to remove, thus the litter stays cleaner longer.

My only complaints: the unscented "Free" version can be hard to find as most stores carry only the stinky stuff. And it can be a bit dusty -- but then that's been our experience with all scoopable litters.

(Suggestions: put a 3x5 plastic drop cloth underneath the box to make it easy to sweep up any spill, and use a metal tray (available in restaurant supply stores) as a litter box --metal doesn't absorb odors the way plastic does, and the box will last indefinitely.
