Not clumping smelly litter. We've used many different litters for our 23 cats in the last few years trying to see which litter smells the best clumps the best etc. By far this litter was the worst. It did not clump the litter just slowly changed colors as a larger percentage was wet. It smelled pretty strongly. My wife actually thought one of the cats had missed but instead it was just the litter smelling. It seemed to stick to the cats fur more than the others we had little paw prints all around the area almost immediately.We bought multiple bags tried it with a couple litter pans and have tossed the rest in the garbage. I strongly recommend against this litter.
GREAT stuff!! I swear by this litter. My cat is EXTREMELY picky and I too have tried many different litters for himFresh Step Johnny Cat Tidy Cat even the WalMart brandand nothing worked he would pee everywhere but his litterbox. I happened upon this one at our local feed store and Voila! He likes using his litterbox. I believe for him it's softer/easier on his paws and for me it clumps very wellyou just have to let the urine clumps sit for about a day to harden up so they'll scoop nicelyand there is really no smell. My guests even tell me that they can't smell the litterbox. I didn't think any litter practiced what it preached but this one definitely does.
