Best invention sincecat litter! Problem was our cat just didn't want to use the litter box for uh solids. We tried every cat litter there was different boxes etc. and nothing worked.Then my wife read about Cat Attract and we bought some. It's unbelievable! Everything a cat litter should be. I have no idea what's in it but it works. He goes all the time in the box. It does not smell at all. It's easy to scoop up with very little waste litter waste that is!.There is one trick though get the largest noncovered litterbox you can find. Ours is an oversize litterbox about 2.5 ft. by 1.5 ft. and it's about 7 deep. He has not missed the box since and there is absolutely no smell.
Does What it Promises! We have ten indoor cats. Six months ago our ten year old female suddenly decided she liked the kitchen counter as the ideal place to urinate. Vet visits with multiple tests found no physical problem so she was placed on a topical anti anxiety medication. Three months of that and there was not real change except she slept more. I found Cat Attract litter on Amazon and ordered a bag immediately. I tried it in one litter box and it was an immediate hit with her and with everyone else as well.
IT WORKS! This product delivers what it promises. We have a 9week old kitten who would not use the litter box unless we caught him in time and physically put him in it. We replaced his litter with Cat Attract and he has consistently used it ever since with absolutely no help from us. It's amazing and we don't know how it works but it does. It's a great product and I definitely recommend it.
cat retraining made easy! We recently acquired a young female cat who became sick after we'd had her for 2 weeks. She associated her gastric distress with the litter box and began peeing next to the box rather than in it. I tried a new litter box and switched to a different litter Feline Pine and she continued to pee next to the box. I read online about Cat Attract and purchased some the same day. The kitty used the litter box the next time she peed and has continued to use the litter box since then. I am SO pleased to have found a product which made retraining successful. Thank you Dr. Elsey!For cats that spray this would not be likely to work. For that my vet has prescribed cyproheptadine no kidding. It's an antihistimine and no one knows exactly why it works but we've used it for 11 years with very good results. One of the side effects is euphoria so that may be the key.
Glad I found something that works! Well I have 2 cats. One is 11yrs old the other is 3yrs old. My 11 yr old I've had for 8yrs and she's always had problems using the litter box but she would at times. I tried different foods because she does have food allergies and I've tried all sorts of cat litters.I even tried the cat feliway plugins big waste of moneynothing worked. When we had moved into our apartment about 3yrs ago she completely refused to use either litter box. She would go anywhere and everywhere. About 6 months ago she's started going pee continously in one spot so we started putting puppy pads down and it worked for the pee but she'd still go poop on the floor. I saw this cat litter at PetSmart. It was a little pricey but I figured why not try it. To my surprise my cat used the litter box that night and has continously used it since!! For a trouble cat of 8yrs all I had to do was put the litter in the box and she did the rest! The clumping is also the best I've tried even though it does clump pretty bad in one spot and sticks to the litter box wich is only because the cat pees in the same spot over and over. It also great for the odor. We have our litter box in the bedroom to keep the dog and 2yr old son out of it we never have a problem with odor. We also clean out the box every night to keep the kitties happy.
After a year of trying everything Vet student here I picked up a stray from the side of the road and she continued to pee on my bed for a year. I tried literally every trick in the book and even when I moved to a new place she still peed in the bed. I picked up a bag of this thinking that it of course wouldn't do anything since I had been trying everything for an entire year. Fricking Fantastic! Earlier in the year we took in a halfgrown dumped kitten. Since we've had him his litter box usage had been haphazard and progressively getting worse. It went from peeing on the linoleum in front of the kitchen door to peeing in whatever he felt like. Eventually he started pooping in front of the foyer door and in the bath tub.After vet visits odor neutralizers tin foil adding extra litter boxes adding extra large litter boxes and small room isolation we were at our wits end.Finally our insane neighbor lady told us about this cat litter and after one of her long diatribes about how fantastic the litter is and how Jesus is a space alien we decided to try it.Within two days the problem beast was regularly using the box and no longer avoiding.
It really works! Try this litter if you have a problem cat. My cat is VERY picky about litters and litter boxes and he's used my bed my couch the bathtub small area rugs bath mats etc. for a litter box. I tried this stuff and as soon as I brought it home and set it on the floor my cats all gathered around to sniff at the bag. Filled the litter box and the aptlynamed Maverick the problem cat used the litter box. He loves this stuff and so do my other nonproblem cats. It's kind of heavy but clumps well and as long as you keep enough in your litter box you'll do fine. If they like to go in the corners just bank up the corners with litter. I've tried other litters and most of them Fresh Step even turn to what I call sludge in the bottom of the litter box. Dr. Elsey's cat attract doesn't do this.
It works but it's not the best I bought this because when we moved into a new apartment my cat suddenly decided to stop using her litter box and go wherever she wanted. It worked she began using it after I set it out. The litter works like any clay clumping litter. It is very expensive tracks a lot because it's fine grained and I don't really prefer it because it's made from clay. After using this for a few months we got settled into the apartment and I put out her old litter
